How it works.

You sign one transaction. There is no pool until someone opens one later.

Name the account

The token is a NEAR account under yours, such as spud.you.near. If that name is taken, the press stops.

Sign the deploy

Your wallet creates the account, locks NEAR for the bytecode, copies your full-access key, and calls new. SPUD never holds the key.

Hold the supply

The whole supply starts with you. A receiver needs a storage deposit before they can be sent tokens.
